Our Story
Six Prime was founded on a simple belief: that real value is created when experience, clarity and delivery come together.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked at the heart of complex, regulated and fast-moving organisations across financial services, energy, renewables and technology. I’ve built functions from the ground up, led large-scale transformations, and supported leadership teams through periods of growth, disruption and change.
Throughout my career, I’ve consistently been brought in to do three things — build capability, fix what isn’t working, and deliver results where the stakes are high. From leading global procurement and operations teams, to delivering large-scale cost transformation, to stabilising organisations during periods of transition, my focus has always been on turning strategy into outcomes.
What shaped Six Prime was the recognition that many organisations don’t need more advice — they need experienced leadership, practical judgement and the ability to move from decision to delivery quickly. They need someone who has sat on the executive side of the table, understands commercial pressure, regulatory constraint and operational reality, and can act with pace and confidence.
Today, Six Prime exists to provide exactly that.
I work with leadership teams who want clarity, momentum and measurable impact — whether that’s shaping strategy, delivering execution, or providing trusted advisory support at critical moments.
The work is grounded in experience, driven by outcomes, and focused on helping organisations reach their prime

My Approach
My approach is grounded in real-world experience, not theory. Everything I do is built on having led teams, run functions and delivered outcomes in complex, high-pressure environments. I believe good strategy starts with facts and data, not assumptions , using insight to shape decisions, prioritise effort and measure impact.
Just as importantly, I focus on people; building trust, creating clarity, and ensuring teams understand not just what needs to change, but why. The result is practical, delivery-led work that drives performance, sticks long after the engagement ends, and creates meaningful, sustainable improvement.
